Question:

I have internet connection but my internet explorer does not connect, what’s wrong?

I have sony vaio vgn fs830/w with Windows XP. everything on the computer that needs internet works like Yahoo Messenger, MSN messenger. Even Bearshare works, but I cannot use Internet Explorer. I don’t know what to do please help!

What’s the difference between windows vista 32bit and 64bit?

Why doesn’t everyone install the 64 bit since its better (so we can profit of the extra ram if we have it)? I have bought a new Intel original core 2 Quad 2.8 GHz with 8 GB ram DDR2… Can I install windows vista 64 bit?

How do I open a DOCX file?

Question:

How do I open a DOCX file?

Somehow a very important document got switched from type: Microsoft Word document to type: DOCX file. My computer won’t let me open it and when it does all my text is in code. Even the icon for it is different. So how do I change or fix it?????
